that's wonderful

I just planted some white speckled violets... no other plans yet but I know I will get a few things once I see what comes back from last year. SPRING.

Very on with that sort of gardening. I exclusively plant things from my kitchen in pots and see what happens. Garlic is cute. Ginger impresses! A potato makes leaves. A sweet potato makes better leaves. Coriander seeds are cilantro. Avocado trees abound.

Hot tip: dried avocado leaves in your refried beans make an earthy taste that is hard to beat! Signature to Oaxacan food! I make two big Tupperwares of these Oaxacan refrieds every few weeks:

If the beans are only fried once, are they really refried or just fried?

If you fry them with someone else they're called we-frieds
