Portland Area Safe Eats and Drinks?

Right now there is only one place I know of that I feel good/safe about going to for a beer or a meal. I'd love to hear if you've found one.
The "Abe" approved one is the Gladstone Pub in Portland. It features:
1. Regulars who respect masks and distancing.
2. Properly spaced tables
3. You have to put your mask on whenever staff comes near to take order/drop off food, you have to wear a mask if you are not eating or drinking, and you can't stand up or walk around without a mask
4. Staff enforces all of the above.
5. Outdoor Only - no sides tents just roof tents.
6. Table service only - you never go inside unless you want to use a rest room (I hold it).

Any good spots near you (or even better near me;)

Hub is okay but it only has three properly spaced tables that aren't in a covid tent, the people who go there don't respect mask rules, and staff doesn't enforce anything. Also the beer sucks.

Have the various "cart pods" been responding well to this new dining paradigm? It seems like they would be very well suited to adapt.

Ish... The problem with most of them is the narrow ways of getting in and out.
Mostly they fail to meet criteria 1 and 4 (the hardest): 1. Regulars who respect masks and distancing. 4) Have people who enforce it.
The new John's Marketplace is the best of them so far, but you still end up closer to people than you would like, and many of the tables are communal, so you would feel weird about denying seating to someone and maybe starting a confrontation?
I'll go there and get my JoJos fix on, but always in "off hours" like 3pm on a Monday.

Skyway Bar & Grill up in Rhody has been doing a good job. Little far though

Haven't been anywhere else except to pick up take out. Will definitely change as the weather gets warmer, though.
